Elderberry Syrup
December delight is the Elderberry Tree. Elderberries boost the immune system, reduces bodily inflammation, supports digestion, and improves heart health. We will be making your very own batch of elderberry syrup. Elderberry grows prolifically in this area and the homemade batch is delicious and super effective in promoting overall health. The taste is scrumptious and can be used over waffles or other favorite dishes if so desired. This is a spoonful of immune strength that your children and yourself will prefer over a spoonful of sugar! It really is that tasty!
