Herbal First Aid – Sage/Rosemary
Sage/Rosemary Hair Rinse
Sage and Rosemary are April’s herbs of adoration. These ancient herbs are known to calm the mind, boost memory and the immune system, relieve joint pain, improve cellular generation, reduce rheumatic pain, and stimulate hair growth as well as reduce hair loss. We will be making a sage, rosemary hair tea rinse that can cover grays, strengthen hair, radiate a beautiful head of soft and shiny locks, and promote hair growth. Some use this as a shampoo itself because of the benefits and brilliant glow that it provides.
