This lost art of our ancestors is coming back to life. Come learn all about basic dairy ferments.
Then participate in our hands-on project by making whey, curds, yogurt, milk kefir, sour cream, buttermilk and farmer’s cheese.
8 to 100 years old. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

The Academy at the Parc is a place that educates and nurtures the whole child. The children are happy to be there.
